How long will my order take?
We currently operate on a 2-5 day processing time.
Can you rush my order?
It is possible to prioritise an order, however this is dependent on the design. Please reach out to me as early as possible if this is something you require.

Can I cancel my order?
It is only possible to cancel orders which do not require personalisation and have not already been shipped.
We are unable to process cancellations for personalised orders once production has begun.
If you would like to make changes to your existing design please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will try our best to accommodate this.
How do I make changes to an existing order?
If you would like to make changes to your order please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will try our best to accommodate this, although it is not always possible.
In some cases we may have to charge an additional fee depending on what stage of production the item is in.
If you have made changes please bare in mind that there may be a delay in receiving your order (how long will depend on the changes requested and you will be advised of this before you confirm if you are happy to proceed).
Are the designs printed?
All of our designs are printed using a permanent substrate ensuring longevity, assuming care instructions are followed.
How do I create my own tumbler?
It is easy to create your own design, just head over to the 'Create your own' page, fill in the information required including any images/inspo pics and pay.
Once I receive your order I will mock up a few design ideas for you to choose or request edits to.
If you are happy with the final design, the product will enter the production process.
Lastly, I will carry out final checks on the finished product and it will be ready to ship out.
Can I return my order?
All non-personalised items can be returned providing they are sealed, unopened and unused.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
Unfortunately we do not cover return costs, however once we have received the item and checked everything, we will issue the refund immediately.
Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time, however if you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue - we pride ourselves on our customer service.
Although we do our best to package your order safely, sometimes fragile items can get damaged in transit.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us at the earliest opportunity (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage and we will issue you with a refund or replacement.
